This department coordinates the students' daily schedules and deals with all administrative matters, pertaining to stuents including attendance, examination records, leave/vacation and discipline. This departmet provides counselling services as required by the students for both academic and personal matters.
All students are required to follow the rules and regulations of Medical College. The disciplinary Committee will deal with any infraction of the rules. ishonesty, cheating, destruction of property, physical violence, violation of rights of person or property of others, unexplained absences may all be reasons for expusion from the College. In such cases, tuition fee will not be refunded.
All disputed decisions will be refered to the Appeals committee, whose decision will be final.
Students must wear neat, clean, appropriate and tasteful clothes while attending or representing Jinnah Medical College. White coats are to be worn at all times for labratory work, dissection, community and clinical work. Dirty coats are unacceptable, so it is suggested that students keep two coats.
Students are offered health insurance coverage through Eastern Federal Union Insurance Company(EFU). Students who wish to take advantage of this insurance will be required to pay the requisite premium.
This office provides a liaison between the students, teachers, parents and faculty/administration.

Men should wear trousers and tucked in shirts. (No shalwar Kameez are allowed to be worn during college hours.) Duppattas should not be large or flowing so as not to interfere with labratory/dissection work. Makeup and nail polish, if worn at all, should be of a light shade.
