Jinnah Medical college is admitting its third batch of MBBS students and second batch of BDS students. The college was established after obtaining permission from the Department of Health, govt. of Sindh, vide their letter SO(ME)3-73/96 and the Pakistan Medical and Dental council, vide their letter PF.98-F-95(M.A.JMC)/5269. The Pakistan Medical and Dental Council at its 95th session held in Lahore on January 29, 2000 has granted recognition to the and will inspect the first Professional examination of MBBS and BDS. Karachi University has also granted affiliation to this college and would be conducting the 1st year BDS and 1st professional MBBS examination.
